Immigrating from Nepal to Canada 15 years ago, I understand firsthand the challenges newcomers face when buying their first home in a new country. My journey has equipped me with unique insights that I leverage to help my clients navigate the real estate market with confidence.

I graduated from Ryerson University in 2015 with a major in marketing and gained extensive experience in the sales industry during my university years. This background honed my negotiation and interpersonal skills, setting a strong foundation for my career.

In 2016, I launched a digital marketing company, helping local businesses in Toronto enhance their online presence. Through my efforts, hundreds of small businesses have increased their visibility and grown significantly.

My transition into real estate was sparked by a personal experience in 2019. When my girlfriend and I tried to sell our downtown Toronto condo, our real estate agent did everything by the book—staging, professional photos, and listing on MLS—but the market was sluggish, and interest was sparse. Taking matters into my own hands, I ran several ads campaigns for our listing on social media. The results were astounding: increased visibility and, ultimately, a buyer. This success convinced me that combining online marketing with traditional real estate techniques can effectively sell properties.

Motivated by this revelation, I obtained my real estate license and have since dedicated myself to providing exceptional service to my clients. Whether you’re a newcomer, a first-time homebuyer, or a seasoned investor, I bring a blend of innovative marketing strategies and traditional real estate expertise to ensure your property goals are met.
